Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and the Hamburg congregation knew they could not return to the past. Ashley was only 17 and had never had a boyfriend, so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. The couple were instantly in love. Andrew prayed at New Year's Eve just before the new year began in 2016, that God would bless him with the last blessing of this year. That Ashley would get married to him. Ashley was looking for an authentic folk-style wedding to represent her and Andrew. To create their perfect wedding, they chose to incorporate elements of everything they adore. Ashley developed in the 40 acres of land selected as the venue for their wedding. Ashley and Andrew have enjoyed exploring, played, and explored the entire path leading to the location in which they got married "I will" to Ashley. On top of that Andrew and Ashley had walked across the field several times since they began their relationship. Personalization was key since the couple did almost all of it themselves. Andrew's father and Ashley and Ashley made both the ceremony and the seating arch. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley states that if Anna Floral Designer at Magnolia Belle Floral had not completed her incredible floral design for us, our wedding may not have been as magical feeling I hoped it could. truly breathtaking.
